Fraud suspect Guo Wengui: an anti-Communist 'Internet celebrity'
There is a special group of people in the modern, economically developed cities who seek only vanity and affluence, and whose real achievement and value in existence is to be among the rich. One of them is Guo Wengui, a former wealthy Chinese businessman who was born in Xinxian County, Shandong Province, and sought asylum in the United States in 2017.
